Before starting at Pacific Personal Training I was very lethargic and unhappy being 35 pounds overweight, but my experience has been amazing. I’m the most excited about my workouts and how they’ve helped me reach my goals. Even though I haven’t taken full advantage of the program, the coaches have always been there to support me anyway.
The atmosphere is very positive and encouraging. There is absolutely a sense of community and I’ve met so many ladies at Pacific Personal Training with similar goals and it’s great having all of us there to encourage each other.
Pacific Personal Training has changed my life in a very positive way. Not only have I lost 22 pounds, but I’ve gained confidence and my body looks a lot better from the weight training, which has given me confidence that I haven’t had in a long time in the way I look and can be more active. I’ve dropped 3 pant sizes and 2 shirt sizes since starting here.
My biggest accomplishment has been losing 22 pounds. I could have done it much faster – it has taken me 2 years, but I was focused on more than just losing weight. I was focused on living a healthier lifestyle by eating better, working out with weights, and working on cardio by walking 4-5 miles per day. I just feel so much better and stronger.
If you’re on the fence about trying Pacific Personal Training and you’re serious about your goals,, you just need to go ahead and do it. It’s worth every penny if you have had trouble reaching your goals on your own. Getting your body and self where it needs to be to be able to do more fun things is worth more than anything else.

Before finding Pacific Personal Training, I was struggling to find a way to become more active on my own and my weight was trending upward.
Since I’ve been here, I’ve found a community of like-minded ladies to share my journey with. Jacob is very encouraging and doesn’t let me dwell on my mistakes. He shifts my focus away from my weight towards small changes that I can make to improve my overall health.
Since starting with PPT, I have more energy and I feel myself getting stronger every day. And as my husband likes to point out, my mood has vastly improved as well.
My goal since I started has been to show up. I’ve always struggled with being consistent with programs I’ve started. Here I am over 6 months in and I’m still going strong. Just my consistency in this program has boosted my confidence greatly.
If you’re on the fence about it, just try it. Give it a month and you won’t regret it. Even if it’s not for you, you’ll learn ways to become healthier without any risks. There are no contracts or hidden fees. You can cancel anytime, but you won’t want to.
I’ve really enjoyed my time at PPT and I can’t wait to see my results in a year!

Before finding “Pacific Personal Training” I was on a roller coaster ride for a fitness program. I’ve joined gyms & been in weight loss competitions but never realized how important it is to build core strength. While scrolling through Facebook I came across an ad for “Pacific Personal Training”. The first question spoke volumes to me, “Are you ready to become a healthier, more fit version of yourself”, that was exactly what I wanted, to be fit & healthy. Jacob & Lisa have helped me in this journey, beside me in every workout, encouraging, answering questions along with a great group of sisters. I can work out one-on-one or choose to work out with a small group & always feel accomplished while building my core, balance & strength. Last month I was blessed to travel to Alaska & had the stamina I needed to go on lots of hikes, canoeing & enjoying the beautiful outdoors. If you have been thinking about getting healthy & building your strength, “Pacific Personal Training” is for you!

Before starting at Pacific Personal Training, I was mentally and physically exhausted. I was feeling like I was losing the age game. I hit 60 and I didn’t want age to define me. So I decided to take the bull by the horns and do something outside of my comfort zone. So I joined PPT.
I love Pacific Personal Training. I love to encourage and help other people by cheering them on and pushing them and myself. The first month I was questioning myself as to why I was coming and then after 6 weeks or so it became a habit that I love ❤️
I am happy to say that with PPT I feel better, mentally and physically. I work hard when I come in the studio and when I leave I feel like I have bettered myself even on the days I can’t give 100%
My biggest accomplishment has been STICKING WITH IT LONG ENOUGH FOR IT TO BE A HEALTHY HABIT! And I’ve seen a huge change in my emotional wellbeing. The first day I met with Jacob, I was in tears. And now I’m flexing my 💪🏻 Guns! Lol
I would tell them to take the leap and try it, but give it time before they quit! It’s a commitment to yourself. Don’t be afraid to join a group of women because we all felt just like you do now.

A few years ago, I was involved in a serious accident that halted my ability to exercise. Unfortunately, the healing process (physical & mental) took me a good 4 years. My life before said accident was very active, so that transition really played with my head and my confidence. My husband and I relocated to Oklahoma from Arizona to help take care of my mother in September 2021. The move helped me realize that I was ready to get back to being active and that I could do it. But I needed help and knew that I would not do it by myself. In comes Jacob and Pacific Personal Training. I was thrilled after my first meeting with Jacob that he was willing to work with me and accommodate my fears and ailments one step at a time. He was willing to meet me where I was and help me work my way to where I am now. Here we are a year and ½ later and I still love working out at Pacific Personal Training. Improved endurance, increased energy, and a greater sense of wellbeing are just a few of the benefits that I have experienced.
Coach Jacob and Coach Lisa have been so great to work with. They encourage, point out if they think you can do more and give you several options for every exercise that we do. All of this is done with kindness and patience. I love getting to meet the ladies I have the privilege of working out with. With me being new to the area, and that I also work from home, I don’t have too many opportunities to meet new people. Jacob has been great at scheduling social outings for all of us to have the opportunity to meet each other.
If you are on the fence about joining Pacific Personal Training, just do it! Trust me, it will be the best thing you do for yourself.

Before joining Pacific Personal Training, I was physically in the worst shape I have ever been, mentally, I was still struggling to find myself again after a nasty divorce, and emotionally, I was very detached from just about everything.
My experience at PPT has been phenomenal. I enjoy working out again and building relationships with other members. This has been extremely helpful as I’m new to the community. The training is varied enough to keep it fun, while also being effective and the atmosphere is very welcoming, calming and fun.
Training at PPT is helping meet my goals to get back in shape by toning and building strength. It has also helped my mind immensely. Training at PPT is my time to do work for me.
Since starting at PPT, I have become much stronger, but my biggest accomplishment so far is staying consistent. I feel better and have more confidence.
If you’re thinking about joining, do it! You won’t regret it. You will wish you had joined sooner.
